We Offer the following Silica Products Washed Sands: Washed and Graded Silica Sands, 1/20's, 21/20's. From our ceramic lined ball mill with classifier and in-line particle analyser we can offer:- 'Q' grade Silica Flour: High Purity Silica Flour ( White, 99% Si02 , 88% to 96% -53 microns) 'A' grade Silica Flour: High Purity Silica Flour (White, 98% Si02 , A50: 65% -53 microns) Or alternatively we can process to your requirements. Our Silica Flour Ball Mill is plc (computer) controlled. We have continuous real time in line monitoring of product quality by a Malvern laser diffraction system (Insitec) which continually adjusts our Hosokawa Stratoplex classifier to produce optimum product quality. With this 'state of the art' system we are able to produce products consistently to customer specification. If you have a particular requirement which does not fall within our standard range of products then we are able to produce to customer required specifications such as Dv50.
